Temporary and Contingent Labour Services

Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) is undertaking preliminary market engagement regarding the future provision of temporary and contingent labour services. The purpose of this exercise is to provide capable suppliers with early visibility of the Council's potential requirements and to gather information on market capability, service delivery models, technology solutions, workforce availability, innovation, implementation approaches and commercial arrangements.

Supplier feedback will help inform the Council's understanding of the market and may shape any future procurement strategy, specification, contract structure and route to market.
