Split Butterfly Valve for Powder Transfer Applications

UKNNL are seeking expressions of interest from suppliers capable of providing a split butterfly valve system suitable for powder handling and transfer operations.

Minimum Technical Requirements

•Be suitable for the transfer of powders and quick-connect/disconnect operations.

•Accommodate connections in the region of:

-100 mm to 50 mm diameter, or

-100 mm to 80 mm diameter to minimise the potential for product blockage.

•Be compatible with hydrofluoric acid (HF Resistant) at concentrations of approximately 25-50% by mass.

•Be suitable for operating temperatures up to approximately 300°C.
