a.)Department of Transport's Standards and Associated Documents CS450.
b.)This Contract and the Conditions of Contract
The inspections shall comprise of a close examination, within touching distance of all accessible parts of each structure, to provide information on the physical condition of all accessible parts of the highway structures.
