Implementation of the EQ-i 2.0 360 Leadership Assessment, a digital emotional intelligence and leadership diagnostic tool providing self-assessment and multi-rater (360) feedback. The assessment will be used to support talent identification, leadership development, and pilot activity across DWP, enabling participants to gain greater self-awareness, understand leadership strengths and development areas, and support evidence-based talent decisions.
