BACKGROUND

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) are looking to engage the market with the potential of procuring a Learning Management System (LMS) to support e-learning training modules, webinars, manager reporting, and course booking requirements for both council employees and external organisations requiring our training services.

SCOPE

The expectation for any potential supplier would be to provide:

•A cloud-based Learning Management System

•System implementation and configuration

•Integration with our HR system Zellis

•User training

•Ongoing support and maintenance
