Scope of Contract: Fire Safety and Security Systems Maintenance The proposed contract is for the planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspection, servicing, testing, certification, reactive repair, emergency response and minor works associated with Fire Safety and Security Systems installed throughout the property estate owned, occupied or managed by Test Valley Borough Council. The contract term will be three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to an additional three (3) further years, subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability.
