Asset Investment Programme

Saxon Weald intends to procure contracts for the delivery of their Asset Investment Programme.

It is envisaged that contracts will be procured covering the following workstreams:

•Roofing and Associated Works

•Supply and Install of Domestic Windows

•Supply and Install of Domestic External Doors

•Supply and Install of Windows in Communal Properties

•Supply and Install of Doors in Communal Properties

Saxon Weald has properties in the following areas:

•Horsham District – c.5,500 homes

•The rest of Sussex – c. 600 homes

•East Sussex – c. 350 homes

•Hampshire – c. 500 homes
