Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine is considering the purchase of a high-throughput surface plasmon resonance (SPR) system, comparable to the Carterra LSA or equivalent, for antibody screening and characterisation, including binding kinetics, affinity measurements and epitope binning. The purchase would include associated software, delivery, installation and training. Alternative systems offering equivalent functionality and performance are acceptable.
The procurement is subject to a successful grant application and confirmation of funding. If funding is not secured, the procurement may not proceed.
