ESNEFT3266 Electrical Safety Testing Equipment for Medical Device Testing
East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is undertaking a preliminary market engagement exercise to identify suppliers with the capability to provide electrical safety testing equipment for the testing and verification of medical devices.
The purpose of this engagement is to better understand the current market, available technologies, product capabilities, support arrangements, and potential procurement options available.
This is to become the standard device for the period of 5 years. The Authority will be conducting the further competition under the Procurement Act 2023.
We are seeking information from suppliers that can provide equipment capable of supporting electrical safety testing in healthcare environments, including but not limited to:
•Medical electrical safety analysers/testers
•Portable appliance testing equipment suitable for healthcare applications
•Test instrumentation compliant with relevant electrical safety standards
•Associated software, accessories, calibration, maintenance and training services
This market engagement exercise is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition, invitation to tender, or commitment by the Trust to procure any products or services.
Responses received will help inform the Trust's procurement strategy and specification development.
