The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is seeking a Strategic Delivery Partner to work with the Council's services to Working Age Adults (including services to those residents in transition from Children and Education services to Adult Social Care Services) to transform these services through a programme of transformational change. The requirement for the commission is to give the Council an independent view of what is possible in terms of transformational savings in Working Age Adult (WAA) Services and to use this to enable informed decisions about the services and budget and, ultimately, to improve outcomes for Working Age Adults and their carers.
The project will work across two phases:
Phase 1: Diagnostic study - A detailed review of current provision and costs to size the opportunities and develop a plan for change.
Phase 2: Where the Council is content with the Phase 1 plan for change and savings to be achieved through implementation, the project will move to Phase 2. This could involve the continued support of the Strategic Partner, or alternatively proceed with the work of implementation without further employing the Strategic Partner.
