Continuation of specialist inpatient healthcare provision for two individuals with complex mental health and associated needs currently placed within Cygnet services. The arrangements relate to patient 1 at Cygnet Hospital Harrow and patient 2 at Cygnet Mansfield/Sherwood and include specialist multidisciplinary assessment, treatment, care, risk management and rehabilitation appropriate to each individual's assessed needs.
The proposed arrangements support continuity of established care and treatment while each individual's ongoing need for specialist inpatient provision and opportunities for progression, step-down and discharge continue to be reviewed.
