The purpose and scope of this procurement is to put in place adequate resource to manage the hosting of:
•our main public-facing website (through FR's own Microsoft Azure Cloud Services setup - which the supplier will manage on our behalf)
•the staging website (a duplicate site used for development and testing, only visible to internal FR staff)
•the content delivery network (CDN) that we use to deliver content, such as images and files, to the website
This procurement will also:
•provide support and maintenance for the aforementioned websites/network, managed through a bank of hours and support/ticketing platform.
•development of the website via use of available support hours, or where this isn't possible or desirable, through additional funding - although we do not expect the latter to be considered part of the financials for this project.
