Extension option
The framework Agreement duration shall be for a period of 2 years with optional extension of two further 12-month periods from commencement of the Agreement (2+2).
The Price Schedule (Appendix B) shall remain firm and fixed for a minimum of 6-months (Mandatory) from the framework Agreement Commencement Date.
- Thereafter prices may be subject to change in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
