The GLA Group is exploring the market for an external partner to support the development and delivery of its AI Adoption Programme. The requirement is expected to include developing and embedding common AI principles across the GLA Group, supporting organisational policy and governance, designing and delivering tiered AI training, and supporting the co-design of an operating model and evaluation framework for identifying, piloting and scaling AI opportunities.
This preliminary market engagement is intended to help the GLA Group understand market capability, potential delivery approaches, resourcing, indicative costs, timescales and appropriate commercial models ahead of any subsequent procurement. Participation in this exercise does not constitute a call for competition and will not influence any future procurement evaluation.
