Description
North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative is seeking to establish a framework agreement for Virtual Wards / Hospital at Home Services including remote patient monitoring, associated technologies, and managed services. Virtual wards allow patients of all ages to safely and conveniently receive acute care at their usual place of residence, including care homes.
