PlanX is a content management platform for planning services. It will enable the Council planning services to write, share and operate digital planning services that are efficient and user friendly. It is an open-source tool with the aim of allowing people to find out if they need planning permission. It will also enable submission of planning applications from this tool into back-office systems.
