Description of the procurement (II.2.4): - → This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice, as required under regulation 15, to confirm that the Provider Selection Regime process (Competitive Process) for Community Dermatology for North East London has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded.
The Authority received representations during the standstill period. Following a review of the representations, it was agreed that certain aspects of the process would have benefitted from greater clarity and consistency in their application, and that revisiting or correcting individual elements of the procurement would not provide sufficient assurance.
On 15 June 2026, the Authority took a decision to abandon the procurement. There are no awards made as a result of this procurement.
This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.
