Change (VI.3.0.1): This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by Midnight on 25th August 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. No conflicts of interest were identified among the awarding members.Written representations must be sent to Niamh Fallon- (…@bthft.nhs.uk) AND Megan Schatz- (megan.schatz.bthft.nhs.uk). The relative weighting of the five statutory key criteria was agreed to reflect the priorities of the Trust’s Winter Vaccination Programme. Quality, Innovation and Value were assigned the highest relative importance as the Trust’s priority is to ensure the delivery of a safe, effective and accessible vaccination programme that maximises staff uptake whilst representing good value for money. Following publication of the original notice, the Relevant Authority has decided not to enter into the contract on the terms set out in that notice.
