Description
Teignbridge District Council invites suppliers to take part in an informal market engagement session for a proposed Cash and Treasury Management System. The purpose is to understand available solutions, implementation approaches, and key considerations before finalising the procurement requirements.
What we are looking for
A modern hosted solution to support cash management, treasury operations, forecasting, banking activity, investment and borrowing management, reporting and governance.
Functionality that improves visibility of cash and liquidity, reduces reliance on spreadsheets and disconnected processes, and supports stronger controls, auditability and secure delivery.
Clear capability across cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, payment oversight and approval workflows, investment/borrowing management, bank account management, reporting, audit evidence, security, integration, data migration, implementation and support.
