PCC require the renewal of the LIFT (Low Income Family Tracker) and BOC (Better Off Calculator) contract on a three year basis to include Campaign Manager and Apply Once functionalities. By choosing the a three year option we have the security to plan activities ahead and get staff in place to deliver.
