A Bed Every Night (ABEN) is a Greater Manchester wide programme providing accommodation and support for people who are sleeping rough or who are at immediate risk of rough sleeping.
Manchester is required to deliver at least 168 units of accommodation with support in the city as part of the ABEN programme.
We intend to test the provider market and reprocure ABEN services in Manchester to put new contracts in place for the financial years 2027/28 and 2028/28, with new 2-year contracts commencing in April 2027.
