The Framework is intended to provide national contractual support to Places for People Group Ltd (PfP) Operations Directorate, supplementing its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the delivery of responsive repairs and capital component replacement works across the Group’s housing stock, as well as individual specialist lots for roofing projects, drainage and scaffolding/access services. The scope of the Framework also extends to additional repair and capital delivery requirements from other areas of the Group, including PfP Students (accommodation).

Amendments - 1. This notice amendment addresses minor date discrepancies with regard to the length of the contract term. The Term of the contract is four (4) years with no options to extend - therefore the contract will run until 6th October 2030. The lot information has been amended to 2. The maximum number of bidders has been amended to reflect the ITT award positions, per lots - which can be found in the 'Scope' of the notice.
