Description
The British Council Libya is seeking to appoint one qualified service provider through a single-supplier framework agreement for the provision of printing, branding, marketing, and promotional goods services. This will support programme delivery, events, outreach, and visibility requirements across multiple portfolios, including Non-Formal Education, English and School Education (ESE), and Exams.
