Isle of Anglesey County Council ("IOACC") wishes to procure and implement a modern, integrated case management system to replace the platform currently used by the Public Protection Service.
The system provides essential management information that supports internal governance, performance monitoring, audit activity, and the completion of statutory and national returns such as:
Food Standards Agency - six monthly returns
Food Hygiene Rating - Monthly upload
Trading Standards Annual Return
Home Office – alcohol licensing
Gambling Commissioner
HMRC – businesses registered for food, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and taxis
Drinking Water Inspectorate – private water supplies
Health and Safety Executive – health and safety matters.
Welsh Government – private rented sector housing stock condition / air quality
DEFRA – air quality for taxi congestion charges / Environmental Permits
