This project tender is for the refurbishment of the existing Main Leisure Swimming & Training Pool surrounds, main pool linings and associated works. In summary the work consists of but not limited to:
•Clean down and preparing of surface with acid wash
•Concrete repairs to main leisure pool
•New grills to perimeter of Main Leisure pool
•Optional prices for Hydrostaic Valves
•Refurbishment and upgrade to pool steps
•Refurbishment of slide
•New epoxy pool lining to main leisure pool
•New pool surrounds to both leisure and training pools
•New surround/surfacing to ramp and spa areas
•Inspection and remedial work of drainage in training pool
•Grouting and associated works to training pool
•New line markings etc as required.
