Description
The service will provide 24/7 housing related support to young people, aged 16 – 25 years old. The service will provide:
•Housing related support to enable young people to develop the skills to live independently, achieve their outcomes and move on into their own home within the community
•A safe, empowering environment for young people to gain the skills and confidence needed for the transition into independent living
