The Council is seeking a modern, reliable, and scalable solution capable of supporting operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue management, and future technological developments. The successful supplier will be required to provide ongoing maintenance and support throughout the contract term, including service desk support, fault response, planned preventative maintenance, and lifecycle management.
