East Midlands Railway (EMR) is seeking information from the market to inform a future contract for the supply and delivery of AdBlue to rail depots at Etches Park and Cricklewood.
This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise is intended to gather insight from potential suppliers to help shape the procurement strategy, develop the service specification, and determine the most appropriate commercial and contractual approach. Feedback will be used to ensure the future procurement is realistic, deliverable, competitive, and aligned with current market capability and best practice.
The outcome of this PME may result in amendments to the final Procurement Strategy prior to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) being issued.
