The awarded contractor will provide external audit services for the Waythrough Group, including auditing the Group's financial statements and issuing an independent statutory audit opinion in line with relevant company, housing, and accounting legislation.
The scope includes drafting annual financial statements, providing a management letter of audit findings and recommendations, and supporting Audit and Risk Committee and Board reporting.
The contractor will also lodge statutory accounts with Companies House, prepare and submit required tax computations and returns, and support compliance with regulatory requirements, including those of the Regulator of Social Housing, Charity Commission, ICO, CQC and Ofsted, where applicable.
