Spencer Academy Trust is seeking an expert groundworks contractor(s) to help us with maintaining the Academy sports fields and communal areas within our Academy sites.

Heanor Gate Spencer Academy was already included within the contract scope and Grounds Maintenance Monthly Spec 2026. This notice corrects an omission in the Lot B list and pricing submission sheet to confirm its inclusion in Lot B. No changes have been made to the overall scope, pricing model, or contract requirements.
