Description
TfL-WF is seeking Continuous based maintenance services with the following accreditations:
ISO 18436 refers to a series of standards focused on the condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines, specifically addressing the requirements for qualifying and assessing personnel involved in these areas.
ISO 20283-4 which refers to measurement, evaluation, and reporting of vibration marine machinery parts.
Monthly requirements
Condition monitoring data reports
Machine health reports and system integrity checks
Data analysis reports, highlighting machines in alarm
Weblink access to manual readings for monitoring.
Maintenance recommendations on machines-in-alarm; in the monthly report summary but also within 24 hours of machines going into alarm
24/7 alarms review and maintenance notifications
To have baseline vibration readings of all machinery enabling WF to submit to Regulatory Classification Society for inclusion into the Survey cycle.
