This enables organisations to understand their performance at leading, supporting and improving people and culture strategy, benched marked against other organisations in your sector globally. IIP offer accreditations at 4 levels from Bronze to Platinum to organisations that achieve the necessary criteria and meet the overall assessment requirements associated with each accreditation level. These are set within the IIP professional framework
