St Stephen Parish Council invites tenders for the resurfacing of the Parish Centre Car Parking areas, access road, extending the lower area and marking of all parking bays on completion. The work must ensure compliance with Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) requirements and improve the surface quality for all users.
The selected contractor will be responsible for the removal of the existing surface where required, complete all resurfacing to the appropriate level, preparing the base for and surface for additional spaces with relevant British Standards and Industry best practices
