Provisions of Appliance Bay Doors – Maintenance Services

Description
Scope of Services
The maintenance services required will include, but will not be limited to:
Doors
Powered and manually operated vertically and horizontally moving appliance bay doors
Revolving and powered entrance doors and speed lanes
Automatic door-closing devices associated with appliance bay doors
Vehicle Control Systems
Vehicle access control systems (excluding wider access control systems unless included in scope)
Traffic (vehicle) barriers
Hydraulic traffic bollards
Gates
Powered and manually operated gates (vehicle and pedestrian)
Roller shutters
Drill tower grills and shutters
Minor works
Any other maintenance services the Commissioner may reasonably request during the term of the Agreement. Any such additions will constitute a formal Change.
Planned and Reactive Maintenance Requirements
The Supplier will manage and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for all service areas throughout the duration of the Agreement.
The Supplier will provide a 24/7/365 reactive maintenance and emergency call-out service.
