Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn cyhoeddi'r PPN hwn er mwyn gwneud y farchnad yn ymwybodol ein bod yn bwriadu mynd allan i'r farchnad i gaffael Contractwr i ymgymryd â gwaith gwella i'r MRF, Ystâd Ddiwydiannol Cibyn, Caernarfon, Gwynedd.
Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys Dylunio ac Adeiladu (gwelliant i bresennol) yn ogystal â'r posibilrwydd o ddarparu offer newydd.
Mae gan Gyngor Gwynedd gyfrifoldeb am sicrhau bod yr MRF o safon uchel a bydd yn dymuno bodloni ei hun bod y gwasanaeth dan gontract sydd i'w ddarparu yn cydymffurfio â'r holl ofynion statudol sydd, neu a fyddai fel arall wedi bod, yn orfodol.
Bydd y gwasanaeth arfaethedig yn cael ei gyflawni yn unol â'r telerau ac amodau a nodir yng nghytundeb byr gwasanaeth tymor NEC4. Bydd rhagor o fanylion yn cael eu darparu yn y dogfennau tendro unwaith y byddant yn cael eu cyhoeddi yn gynnar yn 2026.

Planned Tender to procure a Contractor to undertake Improvement works to the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Cibyn Industrial Estate, Caernarfon, Gwynedd.
Cyngor Gwynedd are issuing this PPN to make the market aware that we intend on going out to market to procure a Contractor to undertake Improvement works to the MRF, Cibyn Industrial Estate, Caernarfon, Gwynedd.
The works will consist of Design and Build (improvement to existing) as well as the possibility of providing new equipment.
Cyngor Gwynedd has responsibility for ensuring that the MRF is of a high standard and will wish to satisfy itself that the contracted service to be provided complies with all statutory requirements which are, or would otherwise have been, obligatory .
The proposed service will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the NEC4 term service short contract. Further details will be provided in the tender documents once they are published in early 2026.
