Wolverhampton City Council are conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement to see what solution exist for a Digital Solution to Support Care Leavers.
The Reach Leaving Care Service at the Council supports 584 care experienced young people, as part of the service we are required to advertise out the local offer which outlines the support they are entitled to from 16-25 years ranging from identity, health, education, independence, finances and relationships. The local offer is provided under The Social Work Act 2017, and we would like a solution to be able to advertise this offer and support people in how to access this.
