The Authority writes to notify all potential bidders of a modification the following specific to Cumbria Taxi - PA23 Open Competition and date change for tender submissions.
1. Para 19 in Specification has been re-written in totality for potential bidders to digest.
~ Cumbria Taxi Spec_2026_v.09 151225 is now available in Supplier Document Folder in Atamis, superseding “Cumbria Taxi Spec_2026_v.08”.
~ Para 32 – Environmental removed, as Para 19 takes precedence.
2. Tender Submission Deadline amended from 12 noon on Friday 9th January 2026 to now read 12 noon on Friday 16th January 2026.
