Description
City of Wolverhampton College is seeking a contractor for the refurbishment of Unit B2 at Trevithick House, Telford. The works will be delivered under a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract, following a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA).
Scope:
Full strip-out and reconfiguration of Unit B2, creation of classrooms and reception, M&E works, fire and intruder alarm separation, IT/data services, compliance with building and fire regulations.
Key Dates:

Tender submission deadline: 12 December 2025 at 12:00 noon
Construction Start: 23 February 2026
Completion: 27 March 2026 – non negotiable
Registration and submission must be via the portal only. Late submissions will not be considered.
Confirm site visit attendees (maximum two per contractor) by 02 December 2025.
The timetable is non-negotiable; all works must be completed and handed over by the dates specified.
