Better understand the scenarios that increase level of risk during fire evacuation.
Test the expected occupancy levels against the current evacuation procedures – in total and the distribution about the various spaces.
Provide evidence to support decision-making (now and in the future renewal).
Develop upon and improve current procedures using both qualitative and quantitative approaches
