NCC has been granted funding to complete the remaining EV chargepoint installations.Previously, NCC ran a mini competition via the Oxford Council DPS, which they managed. This resulted in two contracts being awarded:•One for on-street chargers•Urban Fox for lighting column chargersThe supplier for on street chargers has now confirmed they are unable to deliver the remaining on-street chargers. Therefore, NCC has decided to direct award the remainder of the contract to Urban Fox Networks, who have:•Successfully delivered under the existing contract•Ranked second in the original on-street charging tenderUrban Fox has confirmed they can deliver the remaining chargers within the required timeframe.
