Lancashire County Council (LCC) is in the process of expanding the existing provision of in-patient detoxification and residential rehabilitation services to include the delivery of services to people aged 16 and 17. Prior to the commencement of a PDPS reopening, we wish to engage with stakeholders about the key elements of our plans.
