Cadent Gas Limited is seeking to establish a refreshed Land Services Framework that aligns with our operational structure and evolving business needs. The future framework will be structured to provide both regional coverage and specialist expertise through the following lot configuration:
Lots 1-5: Regional BAU Services
These lots will cover Business-As-Usual (BAU) land services activities across each of Cadent's five operational networks:

This national lot will focus on high-risk, high-complexity land matters that require specialist knowledge and experience. Services under this lot may include:
Cadent intends to appoint up to three suppliers to this lot to ensure resilience, flexibility, and access to a breadth of specialist expertise.
