External Resource required to support SCC to strengthen its understanding of the Residential and Nursing Care Home market in Staffordshire (and outside Staffordshire where SCC is the majority funder) for working age adults (18-64, for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Ill Health and Physical Disabilities). This will include support with service reviews, cost of care exercise and developing a market sustainability report.
