The Bidder must be able to demonstrate that it can meet the following minimum specification in respect of the Tendered Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the training framework, including identifying, vetting, and overseeing training providers.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and LLAO’s operational standards.
Administering contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures with training providers.
Coordinating training schedules, bookings, cancellations, and substitutions.
Conducting performance reviews, audits, and reporting training effectiveness.
Acting as the primary liaison between LLAO and the training providers.
