External repairs to West Kent properties, including but not exclusively:

Excavation of water mains and underground pipe bursts
Excavation of condense soakaways
Excavation of drainage soakaways
Repair and replacement of drainage pipes
Reinstatement works, concreting, paving, block paving, fencing and turfing
Property roofing associated with plumbing and heating works
Roofing associated with garage works
Garage structural and drainage works
Demolition works

The contract will be for an initial 5-year term, with up to 3-years extensions, performance depending. The form of contract will be JCT MTC (2024 edition) with standard West Kent amendments.
