Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) - a registered social housing landlord managing 14,000 homes for over 29,000 residents in South Manchester - is inviting suitably experienced contractors to tender for our forthcoming Re-Roofing Programme, commencing April 2026.The contract will cover:Complete re-roofing and chimney worksRenewal of soffits, fascias and gutteringWorks across a range of property types, including standard two-storey homes and larger three-storey blocksUpgraded insulation to help reduce damp and mould issuesThe programme aims to replace around 300 roofs per year.
