Adult Social Care (ACS) and Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) are currently undergoing a significant transition from legacy reporting systems to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. This move is essential to ensure the continuity, resilience, and future scalability of both operational and statutory reporting functions.
A key area of focus is supporting the Connect and Prevent programme, a major cost-saving initiative within ACS. This programme aims to reduce demand on services through early intervention and prevention.
