Description
The Contracting Authority are seeking a supplier who can provide them with accurate classified road traffic counts across the whole of the GB road network, on a scale sufficient to enable the Department to construct:
Robust statistics on all road traffic by country and region, broken down by vehicle type and road type.
Junction-to-junction road link traffic figures for Great Britain’s motorway and ‘A’ road network.
Local authority level estimates of traffic on minor roads (‘B’, ‘C’ and Unclassified roads), broken down by vehicle type and road type.
