IWM is tendering for Potential Providers to cover the following support requirements for construction and property projects, via a framework agreement over the next three years (with an option to extend for a further one year):
The requirements will be split into the following framework Lots:

Fire Strategy & Risk Assessment Consultant
Principal Designer/ CDM/ Health & Safety Advisor
Ground Contamination/ Environmental
Lot 2
Landscape Consultant
Transport Consultant
Potential Providers may bid for individual Lots or both Lots.
Potential Providers must be able to provide all of the above support requirements within a respective Lot.
Framework contract: £4,500,000 total value shared among 10 suppliers. Estimated equal shares shown below.

No changes within the notice itself, but please note that the original PSQ that could be downloaded between 01/09/2025 and 03/09/2025 has now been replaced, due to one amendment.
This has been to add clarity regarding the SME Status question within the PSQ. It has now been amended to clarify that answers to that question are Information Only.
The Tender submission deadline has been amended to 10 October 2025, 12:00pm. This has meant amendments to some of the other dates within the procurement timetable, which can be seen within the new updated PSQ (as mentioned below).
The PSQ that could be downloaded between 03/09/2025 and 09/09/2025 has now been replaced, due to adding questions regarding Payments in Contracts and Carbon Reduction, respectively.
This new PSQ (dated 09.09.25) is the PSQ that must be submitted by potential bidders.
