Conditions of Appointment reviews

Review operational planning and implementation activities undertaken in the previous period of three months
Support comparison between the operational planning and implementation activities the UK DMO had planned to undertake in the previous period of three months and the planning and activities actually undertaken
Consider proposed operation planning and implementation activities the UK DMO will undertake in the following period of three months
Support assessment of the DMO's likely readiness to commence the operation of the of the Scheme on 1 October 2027
Detail any potential issues or risks to delivery to current legislated timelines
Provide responses to above in standardised Defra template provided ahead of each review
Attend Defra led Conditions of Appointment review meetings
